• Analysis and solutions to regularize rights and properties documents;
• Due diligence execution for real estate acquisition, ventures or mergers, with reports about assets and liabilities of the companies and ventures envolved on the business, poiting to the risks and solutions;
• Real estate regularization by administrative procedures and unification with the register office when necessary;
• Development of association agreement for merging companies seeking the creation of real estate ventures;
• Development of contracts for real estate, construction companies or Special Purpose Entity (SPE);
